Matthew Sharpe
Senior Software Engineer
Matthew Sharpe is a Senior Software Engineer at Berry Consultants, LLC. He earned his MEng in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University and spent sixteen years at Enable Global, where he progressed from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager, before joining RM plc as a Senior Software Engineer. He joined Berry Consultants in May 2026.
At Berry, he leads the technical design and architecture of FACTS Cloud and works across the full stack, from the user interface and underlying services through to how the system is hosted, run, and monitored in production.
Outside of work, Matthew is a father and enjoys music, audiobooks, running, video games, and hobbyist programming. He practises mindfulness and meditation.
