On Friday, October 2, Berry Consultants hosted its monthly FACTS webinar on SARS-COV-2 vaccine trials and opened it up to the broader public to attend.
Dr. Kert Viele of Berry Consultants presented on the recently released protocols for the SARS-COV-2 vaccine trials (from Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Janssen), focusing on both efficacy and safety questions. This included topics related to number of interims, interim timing, Bayesian vs Frequentist methods, and the information available for different safety questions.
